Description:
This Program oversees the Shield Platform for Our client. The developer Platform “Shield Platform” builds foundational systems that supports Our client’s emerging, fully modernized ecosystem of tools and processes that facilitates execution and innovation across the bank. The platform consists of dozens of shared platform services fused into a coherent developer experience with automated workflow and a single console that serves as a point of engagement for our client’s engineering teams. The platform is currently being utilized to move Apps to the Azure Cloud.
This role is on an established coaching team focused on transformation within an innovative and exciting technology space focused on Agile and product transformation. Additionally, the space is focused on modern infrastructure, cloud migration, and overall DevOps maturity.
The team prioritizes psychological safety and empathy as being core to our success. This individual will be a servant leader at the team level focused on Agile fundamentals. Teams are primarily using the Scrum Framework; this role will involve coaching and leading teams to adopt foundational patterns and practices as described in the Scrum Guide. A deep understanding of leveraging metrics and team telemetry to provide objective transparency to the state of transformation is a must. Scrum Masters are expected to be change agents, taking pragmatic approaches to coach the team, the Product Manager, and the immediate engineering leadership.
Required Experience:
1. 3+years of dedicated Scrum Master experience.
2. Hands on DevOps Engineering experience & Security Operations experience
3. NO SAFE experience (This is a hard requirement)
4. Strong communication
