Note:-10+ years of experience in Agile Software Development or related field

REQUIRED SKILLS:

— Extensive Experience in Agile Software Development.

— Organization skills necessary to maintain focus and achieve consensus within the diverse multi-disciplined teams.

— Self-motivated with demonstrated initiative, teamwork and leadership skills on previous technical projects.

— Ability to operate independently and lead a team.

— Experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint to include the integration of charts for presentations.

— Strong Written and oral communication skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

— Experience with NASA Programs / Centers, especially Orion (Johnson Space Center), EGS (Kennedy Space Center), and SLS (Marshall Space Flight Center).

— Experience with embedded Software.

— Experience implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for software development projects.

— Ability to work with challenging customers, helping steer/redirect customer team to better solution/outcomes, while maintaining poise and professionalism.
